Our Classes

The Mat Yoga

Learn about breathing deeply, fully and freely. Then add movement, opening, strengthening, releasing. End with a quiet relaxation to reset and revive your energy. Small class sizes (max 4) ensure that your wellbeing and physical/emotional ease are catered for. Emphasis is placed on individual attention and being kind to yourself. While some postures may be challenging, the overall effect of yoga is soothing, calming, healing and uplifting.
